Well, Avery has started drinking and eating more and is generally in a better mood. She's actually interacting now... talking, commenting, pointing out people's flaws. They took her catheter out about 30 minutes ago and she's already peed. So that's a good sign. The only thing they have to make sure of before we go home is that her pain is controlled... or more specifically, that she's keeping her oral pain meds down. (She threw it up yesterday). But now that the catheter is out, she seems much better. I think the soreness of her incisions is much more tolerable than the burning/pain she was having with the catheter. So, yay! Hopefully we won't be spending the night here!

good news! If to need a driver to get you guys home, let me know I'll come up with ourfamily and drive you guys home.
